Friends of Padre Mile Adopt A Beach Cleanup 4/22/2017 10am

Friends of Padre will be at the annual Spring Beach Cleanup on the mile we have adopted south of Bob Hall Pier. We will meet at the bowl about three miles south of Bob Hall Pier with the Burners without Borders Corpus Christi Chapter at 10am Saturday morning April 22nd. Several groups have adopted mile long sections on the 8 miles south of Bob Hall Pier. We will then head south and clean up our section from mile marker 292 to mile marker 302. It is the last mile that borders the northern part of the Padre Island National Seashore. Also feel free to take Park Rd 22 to the sticks entrance just before the National Seashore and head north about a mile up the beach to reach the area. The weather forecast looks great!
